“Magistrates” Installation shots

The installation for “Magistrates” is one of the most visually impressive of the entire year. Unlike other shows, where the series of work flows together, each artist in this show excelled themselves in creating beautiful, stand-alone pieces.

Laying out and hanging the show was a group effort, with everyone on the Strychnin staff helping out to make the room look as spectacular as it does!

As well as having a limited edition framed print of “The Tree of Mystery” by Mark Ryden in the front room, it was a great honour to have the poster show in The Vault – according to Porterhouse Fine Art Editions this was the first time all of Mark’s limited edition posters have been displayed together!

As mentioned in the previous post, the hallway was a showcase for as much of the great art from past shows as possible!

After such a great show, we are all looking forward to the final show of the year – the “X-Mas Luau” Tiki show, featuring art by Shag, KRK Ryden, Heather Watts, Brad Parker and many more, and the aftershow party at Roadrunner’s Paradise.

Keep reading the blog for information on that show, and a recap of Art Fair 21, “Apocalypse Wow!” and much more!

What a fabulous exhibition, you have every reason to be very proud of yourselves for collecting together such a wide range of very talented artistic gentlemen – Bravo!
